Della Mae Little passed away suddenly at the Kelowna Cancer Clinic on December 5, 2018 at the age of 70 years.
A celebration of life service and reception was held at the Mountainside room at Bowers Funeral Home in Salmon Arm on Sunday afternoon, December 9th at 2 pm. with Jack Bowers the Celebrant. The Eulogy was shared by her nephew, Jade Murdoch with tributes shared by family and friends.
Born in Regina, Saskatchewan on May 22, 1948. Della moved to Salmon Arm in 1980, was a dedicated employee at Salmon Arm & Savings Credit Union for 25 years. With health issues causing mobility problems Della moved to Kamloops to be closer to her daughter 4 years ago.
Predeceased by her husband, Mike Little in 2011, and her brother, Ewald.
Della leaves her loving and dedicated family, children, Tamyla (Douglas) Laing of Kamloops, Perry McKnight of Vernon; stepsons, Jason (Denise) Little of Port Coquitlam and Dean (Shannon) Little of Sparwood; 10 grandchildren, Taylor, Terran, Reeve, Teagan, Keena, Tamika, Jordan, Paige, Kiara, Coty; sister Betty (Russ) Murdoch of Saskatchewan; two nephews, Jade and Tyler Murdoch.
