January 23, 1932 - October 25, 2018
Diana Hawryluk was born in Yellow Creek, SK. and spent most of her childhood and teen years outside Spirit River, AB.

After moving to the Yukon in 1968, she met and married Werner. They travelled Western Canada, USA and Alaska and moved to Salmon Arm in 1979. In their retirement their "hobby" farm turned into a full-time job, including, geese, sheep, ducks, chickens, turkeys, gardening and canning.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Werner, sons; Carl, Gerald and Richard, daughter, Debbie (Ron), grandsons; Christopher (Katey) and Clayton (Katy), great-grandchildren Ela and Emery, sister, Victoria (Ed), brother, James as well as other relations.

Diana was pre-deceased by her daughter Leslie in 1977.

A Celebration of Life was held in the Bowers Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

Thank you to all the nurses on the 2nd and 4th floor, that cared for Diana, Dr. Weicker, Dr. McKinnon and Dr. Unger for your compassion.
