Jean passed away peacefully at her residence in Salmon Arm at the age of 96. She was born in Hamiota, MB to John and Margaret MacMillan and moved to Saskatoon, SK in 1940. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence Adams, brother Glen MacMillan, and dear friend and companion Tony Wilson.

Jean worked for many years at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon before her retirement and she then enjoyed several trips, lawn bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren. After moving to Salmon Arm in 2006 she made many good friends at Piccadilly Terrace and then Andover Terrace. She was a masterful Scrabble and cribbage player and enjoyed nothing better than playing an enthusiastic game of either with friends or family members.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Andover Terrace for their care and compassion, and Dr. Cindy Malinowski of Salmon Arm.

A Celebration of Life Come and Go Tea will be held at Andover Terrace, 2110 Lakeshore Drive NE, on Thursday, April 5 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm. All are welcome.

A private service for family members will be held in July followed by interment at Hillside Memorial Garden in Saskatoon.
