It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Edna leaves behind and will be remembered by her children Linda (Henry), Robert (Barb), Judy (Grant), Kim (Mark). Edna was predeceased by her loving daughter Carol in 2003 and her husband George who was the love of her life in 2014. Edna was born in Balmoral, Manitoba, married in 1951 and raised five children. Edna and George moved to various places throughout their life together; Manitoba, Ontario, then settling in B.C. first in Abbotsford in 1965, Eagle Bay then in Salmon Arm. Edna was a devoted and caring wife and mother, a hard worker and loved her flower gardens especially her gladiolas and roses. Edna had numerous friends over the years and spent the last sixteen months at Andover Terrace where she made new friends and was always quick to give a helping hand. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends as she joins the love of her life George and wonderful daughter Carol in heaven.
