Feb 9, 1921 - Apr 1, 2018
With sadness we announce Mom's passing at Piccadilly Care Centre on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 at the age of 97 years.

Born to William and Grace Hazlewood in Burks Falls, Ontario. She married Ernest Webber in Schumacher, Ontario in 1939. Following Ernest's discharge from the Air Force, they moved from Ontario to Salmon Arm in 1946. From that time Salmon Arm has been the home to the family.

Loving Mother to son's, Wayne (Anna) and Russell, both of Salmon Arm. Nana to Nikki (Scott), Ryan (Wendy) and Tara (Todd). Great-Nana to Quinton, Griffin and Willow.

Predeceased by her husband Ernest, brother Edgar Hazlewood and grandson Lee Webber.

She always enjoyed a busy life, doing crafts, pottery, quilting, crocheting, needle point, but most enjoyable was her painting. She attended the Nelson School of Arts and her first paintings were done in oils, she later took more lessons to work with watercolors. Over the years she won many ribbons for her paintings. Also, in later years she enjoyed being part of the Red Hat Ladies. She was a very social lady who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

The Family wish to thank the staff at Piccadilly Care Centre and Dr. Malinowski for their care. A heartful thank you to Pam for being there.

A Celebration of Life Tea will be held at the Mountainside room at Bowers Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon, April 12, 2018 at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
