After a lengthy battle with lung cancer, Frank passed away peacefully on August 1, 2009, with his loving wife, Pat and daughter, Laura at his side at Bastion Place, Salmon Arm, BC
Frank Leonard Mork was born October 31, 1939 in Cleeves, Saskatchewan. Frank will be dearly missed and remembered by his wife of 45 years, Pat; daughter, Laura; favourite son-in-law, Jim Willis and his best friend, granddaughter, Emily Willis. The baby of 14 children, he is survived by his brothers, Lawrence (Grace) Mork and Harold (Lorraine) Mork; sisters Evelyn (Art) Priest and Joyce Farren; sister-in-law, Doris Wright; brother-in-law, Bill Paradis; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Herman Venter, RN Chris Paramchuk, Home Care Workers and the many dedicated staff at Bastion Place for making Frank’s last months happy and comfortable.
As per Frank’s wishes, there will be no service and he will be interred after cremation in Mount Ida Cemetery, Salmon Arm.
