August 27, 1933 - May 26, 2020
The family of Gilles Roy sadly announce the passing of their Dad at his residence in Salmon Arm on May 26, 2020.
Gilles is survived by his 6 children, Reg, Randy, Janice, Ken, Greg and Jason, and his siblings Gerry, Frances, Mona, Jeannette and Rene, as well as his 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 56 years, Ghiselaine who passed away June 30, 2011.
Dad's easy-going manner, smile, sense of humor, along with his sincere interest in others will be sadly missed by all that knew him. And of course, his love of Tim Horton's coffee is legendary.
Even in the face of death, Dad took comfort in the hope of the Bible's resurrection promise. (John 5:28) Until then.
