Gloria passed away suddenly of a heart attack on November 10, 2010 at the age of 61. Gloria is survived by her husband Jack, son Joel Tunney, parents Sadie and Joe Munro, brother Ivan Munro (Marilyn), sister Angela Munro (Ken) and many other relatives. Predeceased by her sister Blair Munro.
Gloria will be fondly remembered for her friendly and generous spirit. She was the first to help when someone needed it. A genuinely caring and supportive person, Gloria always seemed to know what to say at the right time. She will be sorely missed by so many.
No service by request. Friends are welcome to share time with her family at her home, #2 - 420 Hudson Street NW, Salmon Arm on Thursday, November 18, 2010 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, SPCA or to a charity of your choice
