It is with great sadness that John Paul Shannon died suddenly at home on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at the young ripe age of 82. Born on February 21st, 1939 in Long Branch, Ontario.
Paul was much loved by his wife of 59 years, Eleanor Shannon (Powell), his three children: Michael, Kathleen, and Laureen Shannon, seven grandchildren:
Predeceased Sabrina, Ron, Austin, Victor, Jory, Joshua, Kayden, and one great grandson: Jaxon.
Paul was a great storyteller, and it was always an adventure when you were with him. He loved being involved and took an active role in the community. Paul will be sadly missed by friends and family!
Celebration of life for Paul Shannon will be held Saturday, June 11th, 1:00pm at the ELKS HALL.
The family of John Paul Shannon invite all who had the privilege of knowing him to join us to celebrate his life.
There will be an open microphone to share stories. Refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
