Kathleen “Ruth” Lodge (nee Ashton) passed away peacefully at Shuswap Lake General Hospital, Salmon Arm, BC on March 18, 2008 at the age of 78 years.
Born February 2, 1930 in Lloydminister, Saskatchewan.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband, Fred Lodge; stepmother, Jenny Ashton, Vancouver; sons Ken Lodge and Keith (Sharon) Lodge; grandchildren, Amanda, Courtenay, Tori, Katilyn and Riley Lodge; special pet chihauhau, Chewy; Deanna McLean (Amanda’s mother), many friends, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son, Turney Lodge.
The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Shuswap Lake General Hospital.
Funeral to be held at Fischer’s Funeral Home on Thursday, March 27 at 10 a.m.
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully accepted in lieu of flowers.
