With sadness, we announce the passing of Kem Scatchard on September 22, 2018. A loving husband, father, son in-law, father in- law, grandfather, friend, teacher, mentor, coach and all around great guy, he will be missed.
A celebration of life for friends and family was held at the Salmon Arm Golf Course on Saturday, September 29, 2018.
