Born on December 27th, 1917 in Lillooet, BC, Kenneth passed away peacefully on November 19, 2013 at 95 years of age at Shuswap Lake General Hospital surrounded by his daughter Shirley Traviss of Victoria, BC, his son Norm (Karen) of Armstrong, BC, a close friend Yvonne Croft of Salmon Arm, BC. He is survived by two grandchildren Darlene Traviss and Steve (Diana) and three great grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered by his special friend Doris Hopp and her family who treated him as a special person in their family.

Ken served his country in the Army from 1944 to 1946 and worked for Terminal Fruit in Vancouver for 35 years.

The family would like to thank the staff at Lakeside Manor, the staff at the hospital and the paramedics for their continuing care during his 3 1/2 years in Salmon Arm.
