JANSEN, Kenneth Harold passed away suddenly in Salmon Arm, on Thursday, October 25th 2007 at the age of 60 years old. He was born in Humboldt, Saskatchewan on June 13th, 1947.
He was predeceased by his father George in 1986, his brother Terry in 2004, his mother Loretta in 2004, and his wife Brenda in 2005.
Left to mourn Ken’s passing are his children, Jacquie and Craig (Diana) and two grandchildren Megan and Matthew. He also leaves his brothers Gerald (Dora) of Nova Scotia, Jack (Irma) of Port Coquitlam, Florian (Glenys) of Chilliwack, and his sister Celine (Willie) of Humboldt, Saskatchewan as well as many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 31st, 2007, 9:00-11:30 am at Fischer’s Funeral Services. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 1:00 pm with Father George LaGrange O.M.I.Celebrant. Ken’s Cremated Remains will be interred in the family plot on Thursday, November 1st, 2007, 10:00 am in Mt. Ida Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Darin Eliason, Wayne Kirbyson, Tyler DeWitt, Jared O’Keeffe, Trevor Schikowski and Ryan Schikowski.
