Kristen Chelan Stunzi

In loving memory ~
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Kristen Chelan Stunzi at the age of 19 years old. She was born in Salmon Arm, BC at the Shuswap Lake General Hospital June 10, 2002, and passed away in Field, BC on January 14, 2022.
Kristen was well known for her vibrant smile, bold personality, contagious laugh, and most generous heart. She was a creator of lists, collector of all things, and a lover of anything that brought her happiness. She loved her pink blanket, her sticker collection, photos, rocks, her Armada skis and her working days at Dollarama and Shuswap Children's Association.
It was of great importance for Kristen to make sure people would laugh or smile when in her company, and that everyone felt they were included and loved. She wanted nothing more in life than to devote her time making those around her feel valued, and important. All who were fortunate enough to have had an interaction with Kristen throughout her 19 years on this earth, would consider themselves very lucky.
Kristen left her footprint on many places around the world, but her favourites were the beaches of Seymour Arm, mountains of Silver Star, and in the hearts of all who knew her.
Kristen will be lovingly remembered by her parents (Rob & Crystal Stunzi), her sister (Chloe Stunzi), boyfriend (Cole Minamide), Grandpa (Wayne Senger), Grandma (Sandra Stunzi) and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many many cherished friends.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Kevin Bolen & staff at Bowers Funeral Home, the Golden RCMP, the Salmon Arm RCMP, and all of our friends and family for all your kindness and support during this difficult time.
A celebration of life is planned for 1 pm May 14, 2022 at SASCU Rec Centre in Salmon Arm.
