The family of Lois Vonda June Penner are sad to announce her passing in Salmon Arm on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
Lois was born in Salmon Arm to Dorin and Nina Rollier on June 24, 1936, second eldest in the lineup of nine siblings.
Lois is survived by her four daughters, Georgina, Vonda, Lauretta, Jennifer and their spouses. She never really recovered from the tragic loss of her only son, Dwayne Needham in 2017. She was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survived by sisters and brothers, Janet, John, Ruth, Bill, Ben and their spouses.
She was predeceased by her son Dwayne, sisters, Doreen and Jane, and her brother, Nelson.
Lois enjoyed painting, cooking, gardening, and nature. She was an active member of the Sunnybrae Painters and Sunnybrae Seniors for many years with great friendships made along the way.
