Marie passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 7, 2008 at the age of 62. Survived by her daughter: Corinne MacDonald (Wayne) of Edmonton; son: John Crawford (partner Ignazio Eterno) of Toronto; Marie’s partner Stewart Scott of Kelowna; mother: Alice Jones of Calgary; two brothers: Daniel Jones (Shyan) of Calgary, AB, David Jones of Sylvan Lake, AB; sister: Elvia Twa (Stan) of Calgary, AB, nieces Tamara Twa, Mina Jones, Derya Jones and nephew Jason Twa. Sadly predeceased by her husband Henry J. Peters whose family also mourns her death. Marie was an active member of her community with membership in the Lions and Kiwanis Clubs. She was a loving mother whose presence will be missed. A Memorial Service will be held in Stettler, Alberta at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to B.C.
