Mary MacLachlan passed away at the Shuswap Lodge Retirement Residence August 21. She was approaching her 105 birthday.
Along with her husband Howard, Mary lived a long & interesting life, with many wonderful adventures: overcoming many hurdles, travelling widely, making career changes & delighting in new professional challenges, even blazing some trails along the way.
Mary is survived by her two children Mada Gibson (Mal) and Don MacLachlan (Mary) as well as five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted by The Alberta Diabetes Foundation.
