Peter Wall passed away in Hillside Village, Salmon Arm, B.C. on Monday, February 7th, 2011 at the age of 90 years.

He was predeceased by his parents Agatha and John Wall, sister Pauline Berg and brother Carl Wall.

He is survived by his wife and personal angel, Louise, his children Diana, Gerry (Karen and Kyle), Murray (Joshua and Kailyn), Laura (David and Tannis, Derek and Shelby) and Clayton. Also survived by his sisters Susan Miller, Helen Klassen, Margaret Olson,

Edna Sepos, and brothers Albert Wall, Elmer Wall, and Joe Wall, their families, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Peter was a proud soldier in World War II. He enlisted in the Canadian Army (Active) at

Halifax, N.S. October 7, 1942. He served in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe, eventually recruited into an Intelligence Unit. He was discharged 6th, February, 1946. He eventually settled in Victoria, B.C. and later in Salmon Arm, B.C. where he remained forever a true “Rider” fan.

A Memorial Service was held on Friday, February 11th, 2011, at 2:00p.m. at Fischer’s Funeral Services and Crematorium, with Pastor George Fleming, the Celebrant.

Memorial donations in Peter’s name may be made to the Salvation Army, 191 2nd Ave N.E., Salmon Arm, B.C. or the Good Samaritan Society, 8861 75th Street, Edmonton, AB.
