Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Peter passed away at the age of 79 on July 31, 2011 in Salmon Arm, BC.
He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends; sisters Kathy & Irene and their families, ex-wife Joan, his children Greg, Tracy and Lesley, his grandchildren Lucas, Jessica and Vinny, sons-in-law Carlo and Thomas, and especially by his constant companion of 12 years, his dog Lucky, special friends at Piccadilly Terrace as well as all his crib, poker and bingo buddies. He will also be missed by his many friends in Pender Harbour where he lived for many happy years before moving to Salmon Arm, BC.

The Man and the Dog
They were there again today
A man and his dog hard at play
He sits on his walker the dog comes back
Carrying his toy staying right on track
He drops it at his Master’s feet
Then does a little back up retreat
The man slowly picks it up and throws
With wagging tail away the dog goes
I’ve watched this happening many a day
The man and his dog hard at play
It really is a sight to see
He loved that dog as it does he.
We love you dad and grampa and you will be remembered in our hearts always.
