Phil passed away December 30, 2017 at the age of 98 years, a well known and respected Veteran of Salmon Arm since 1960.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home, Salmon Arm, on Saturday morning, May 26, 2018 at 11 a.m., with Honors presented by the Royal Canadian Legion with Padre Ron Surry the Chaplain.
A reception will follow in the Mountainside room at Bowers.
