It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rex Robert Palamar. Rex passed away suddenly on June 12, 2016 at the age of 36. He was surrounded by those he loved at his favorite place, Harper Lake. Born August 15, 1979 in Kelowna, B.C. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth (Weezer) Palamar of Salmon Arm, son Alex McIntosh of Salmon Arm, mother Zilly Palamar of Chase, brother Todd Palamar of Chase, girlfriend Brandi Verhagen of Salmon Arm. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Rex was full of life and enjoyed each moment to the fullest. He loved dirt biking and camping with his daughter Elizabeth, girlfriend Brandi and numerous family and friends. Rex was a well-rounded mechanic and metal fabricator, specializing in diesel repairs. He helped his brother Todd build his mechanic shop into what it is today. He will be sadly missed. A memorial service was held June 27th at the Adams Lake Recreation Conference Center.
