Roy Clifford Harper had very humble beginnings. Born in Wainwright, Alberta and soon after, he moved by covered wagon to the tiny community of Drift Pile near Slave Lake. His 86 years were well spent. He was liked by

everyone and always seemed to know everyone. His loving and steadfast ways, the whistle and bounce in his step will be missed by all; especially his wife of 60 years, Jean, their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who love him so very much. No more pain! At home with the Lord. We WILL see you again! The family would like to thank Dr. Herman Ventor for his wonderful patience

and gentle, loving ways in dealing with Dad. Also to Shuswap Lodge, what a great team of loving care givers!
