On February 26th the Community of Salmon Arm lost a very special person, Roy George Langford.
He was predeceased by his Mother, Lillian in 1989, his father, Frank in 2001, and his brother David in 2015.
Roy attended school here in Salmon Arm. Then lived in Kamloops returning in July of 1984. Roy made many friends and acquaintances throughout the years, with his captivating smile and zest for life. Roy will be fondly remembered for his mischievous personality, love of food, basking in the sunshine and sweet nature. He was blessed to have had so many great caring residence and program staff.
The funeral service will be held from the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 2 pm. All are welcome to attend, with keeping Roy's love of bright colors, you are invited to wear your brightest outfits to say farewell, as this would also have been Roy's 63rd birthday. Friends are invited to his residence later for the Birthday Party.
