March 26, 1934 - January 5, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roy on January 5, 2019 in Salmon Arm, BC at the age of 84 years.

Roy is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, June, their 2 daughters, Linda Loland (John) of Campbell River, BC and Debbie Poloik (Kevin) of Lake Country, BC, sister Muriel and brother Gene, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandbabies "on the way."

He is predeceased by his son Alvin See in 1987 and brother Gary See in 1998.

Roy was born March 26, 1934 in Thorsby, Alberta. He married June in 1954. They moved to Silver Creek, BC and lived there for 30 years raising their 3 kids. Roy worked for Whonnock's Lumber at the Booming Grounds.

Roy and June moved to Salmon Arm in 1984 and have resided there for 34 years. Roy worked for Valley Fibrebath driving truck. Roy was an avid fisherman and farmer and loved camping. He enjoyed the outdoors, his family and hard work. Never one to ask for help, Roy was a fantastic handyman.

A Celebration of Roy's life will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1 pm at the New Hope Community Church, 191 2nd Ave NE, Salmon Arm, BC.
