Ruth Marie Caron passed away in Shuswap Lake General Hospital, Salmon Arm, BC on December 28, 2007 at the age of 78 years.
Ruth was born in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta on February 20, 1929. She was a cook at various work camps and restaurants throughout British Columbia and Alberta, resulting in her living in many communities over the years. She had resided in Canoe some years ago and returned to live in Salmon Arm on March 17, 2007.
She leaves her husband, Roger Caron, of Salmon Arm and sister Jean Anderson of Salmon Arm.
