Thomas Kinnaird Milligan

The family of Tom Milligan announces his peaceful passing, just shy of his 90th birthday following a short stay in Shuswap Lake General Hospital, Salmon Arm.

Tom was Predeceased by his parents, James F. Milligan & Mabel V. Milligan (nee Allin), sisters LeRoyce Goyne, Jean Taylor and brothers; Delbert, and Gilbert.

Tom will always be remembered for his sense of humor, the sparkle in those blue eyes, and his overall love for his family, and life itself.
