Tina Eisner passed away peacefully at Hillside Village, Salmon Arm, BC on Friday, December 28, 2007 at the age of 94 years.

Tina was born at Orenburg, Russia on December 23, 1913. She had resided in the Shuswap since 1945 and had been employed by various restaurants over the years.

Tina was predeceased by her husband, Bert in 1988, two grandchildren and one sister. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Irwin (Judy) Eisner of Terrace and Nick Eisner of Wilcox, SK; daughters, Frieda (Les) Wheeler of Logan Lake, Lilly (Len) Wenzel of Minitonas, MN, Amie Eisner of

Salmon Arm, Wilma (Barry) Swenson of Salmon Arm, Martha (Terry) Maki of Bow Island, AB and Tina (Jack) Keown of Salmon Arm; 18 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held from the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home, Salmon Arm, on Thursday, January 3rd at 2:30 pm with Norm Russell officiating. Interment followed in Mount Ida Cemetery.
