Willi Herrmann Krczizanowski passed away at Salmon Arm, BC on Monday, March 21, 2016.  Willi was born on April 19, 1935 in Berlin, Germany.  He is remembered and sadly missed by his wife, Duraine; children, Cindy Krczizanowski, Tina (Perry) Fiesler, stepson, Alan Shannon; son-in-law, John Low; grandchildren, Kyrain, Jaadn, Serene, Shea, Christine, Curtis (Kathleen), Alexanderia and Samantha, and great grandchild, Kaiden.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Vicky.

Willi came to Canada in 1953 and worked in the forest industry for 42 years.  He piled lumber, bucked logs, fell trees, graded lumber, and worked as a set up man and planerman.  The last 23 years of his career was with Federated Co-Op at Canoe, BC.  He retired in 1995 and liked to go camping and swimming with Duraine at Canyon Hot Springs, traveling to visit family and friends, gardening, growing roses, looking after his small orchard, woodwork and being an all round handyman. 

There will be no formal funeral service for Willi. If so desired, contributions in memory of Willi may be made to the Shuswap Hospital Foundation, Box 265, Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 4N3.
