We are dismayed that the province’s Wildlife Act has been amended to make it easier for children to pump bullets into wildlife.
Is this government so cash strapped that it must resort to this insanity? Children should never be connected with firearms in any way, shape or form for any reason!
A provincial news release states that “the new licence options” will “provide another opportunity for families to get out and enjoy B.C.’s backcountry.”
Killing animals does not put us in touch with nature, it separates and alienates us from it.
