Silverbacks General Manager Troy Mick announced the acquisition for 20 year old Aidan Salerno from the Buffalo Jr. Sabres of the Ontario Junior Hockey League last week. The 6’3, 218 pound right shot defenceman from Long Beach, N.Y. played in 51 regular season games and registered 14 points and 101 penalty minutes. In the playoffs he appeared in seven games played and scored two goals and one assist.
