Cycling from lake to lake for Rwanda

The Wellspring Lake 2 Lake Ride is a two-day fully supported ride stretching over 220 kilometres in B.C.’s Okanagan/Shuswap region.

The Wellspring Lake 2 Lake Ride is a two-day fully supported ride stretching over 220 kilometres in B.C.’s Okanagan/Shuswap region.

The ride starts on Saturday, Oct. 1 near the shores of picturesque Kalamalka Lake, near Vernon.

Day 1: Cyclists will travel approximately 115-km on mostly rural, scenic roads via Armstrong and Salmon Arm to Eagle Bay Camp on the shores of Shuswap Lake.

Day 2: After overnighting at Eagle Bay Camp, riders will return 105-km to Vernon via Silver Creek and O’Keefe Ranch.

Funds raised by cycling in Lake 2 Lake are expected to impact thousands of Rwandan children through Wellspring’s involvement in schools throughout Rwanda.
