Salmon Arm and Sicamous karate students undergo belt testing

Students of Provincial Martial Arts (PMA) Karate from Salmon Arm and Sicamous gathered at the Downtown Activity Centre in Salmon Arm on Saturday, Dec. 2 for belt testing.

“Belt tests are held three times a year and provide students with the opportunity to set and achieve goals though a structured martial arts program that promotes the development of physical and mental strength while learning valuable life skills,” said PMA instructor Holly Raczynski.
