Lacrosse play downs took place all over the Thompson Okanagan this past weekend. The midget team continued their winning ways and are on the way to provincials. They only had to play one game this weekend, defeating Kelowna 7-2. The provincials take place on July 6-10 in Coquitlam. The peewee advanced team won one game and lost the other, but it was not enough to get them a spot at the provincials. The bantam team tied, won and lost their games, but failed to qualify for the provincial tournament due to goal difference.
