the Shuswap Middle School Ravens Grade 8 volleyball team placed third overall at the North Zone Volleyball Championships

Taking a top three finish, the Shuswap Middle School Ravens Grade 8 volleyball team placed third overall at the North Zone Volleyball Championships held over the weekend.

The Ravens finished just behind the Kalamalka Lakers in second, and the host Vernon Secondary School Panthers who claimed the North Zone title after defeating the Lakers 2-1 (21-25, 25-11, 15-13).

The Panthers previously defeated Revelstoke and Shuswap Middle School to finish the tournament 3-0.
