Help your kids burn off some energy at the Epic Sports Academy, Aug. 17 to 21 at Shuswap Middle School. The camp is open to girls and boys ages seven to 12. The camp allows kids to learn and improve their skills in volleyball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, flag football, softball, track and field, badminton, karate and ringette.
