The RBC Sports Day at the Rec Centre goes on Friday, Nov 28 from 1 to 3 p.m. for pre-schoolers and home-schooled children, and 3 to 5 p.m. for school-aged children. Try it Sports will be available including tennis, basketball, soccer and batting along with fitness testing of sprints, vertical jump, flexibility and balance. Free.
