The Salmon Arm Secondary Sr. Golds basketball team kicked off their pre-season with a trip to the Lower Mainland.

The Salmon Arm Secondary Sr. Golds basketball team kicked off their pre-season with a trip to the Lower Mainland.

SAS lost the opening game to Charles Best Secondary, who are ranked 8th in pre-season AAA rankings.

They followed up the loss with two wins against Langley Secondary and Guildford Park Secondary. The Golds home opener is Dec. 16 versus Rutland Secondary. Girls’ tip off at 6 p.m., and the boys start at 6:45.
