Scarecrow performed in concert at the Shuswap Trail Alliance Silent Auction and Dance held Friday evening at the SASCU Recreation Centre. The sold-out event saw 450 party-goers eat, drink, dance and mingle among the auction items. The event raised more than $20,000 to support greenway trail projects throughout the Shuswap watershed in 2012. This includes further work with local Secwepemc Nation communities on the recreational access trail management plan, volunteer trail care days, and the growth of the Shuswap Trail Stewards program.
