I have said that we cannot grow our community as long as every time a citizen requires supportive living they, and often their entire family, have to move away. For that reason, extended care is my number-one priority for our village and I am excited to report that Parkside Estate Retirement Residence has been so impressed by the level of support for this idea that they are actively pursuing an increased level of care in their development. That means, that very soon, enhanced local health care could be a reality in the Village of Chase.
