The Ross Street underpass is not a high priority for me right now.
It needs to go to a referendum – a question that should have been on the ballot this election.
There are higher priorities that require significant expenditure of tax dollars. Costs associated with the Salmon River bridge, the likely significant costs to mitigate flood risk on the west side and the costs associated with moving the sewage treatment plant – something that needs to happen - are all higher priorities for our limited tax dollars.
