Shuswap Search and Rescue received a callout to assist  BC Ambulance Service with an injured quadder on Wilson Creek Forest Service Road north of Sicamous at 2:50 p.m. Sunday, June 19.

The quadder received serious injuries after going down a steep embankment. Members of Shuswap SAR extend their appreciation to the Eagle Valley Rescue Society members for being first on scene to assist paramedics with getting the subject to the road, and to Royal Canadian Marine SAR for assisting with the transport of the subject and critical care team.
