Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Salmon Arm will hold a Public Hearing virtually and in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 500 – 2 Avenue NE, Salmon Arm, British Columbia, on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
1) Proposed Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment:
District of Salmon Arm Zoning Bylaw No. 2303 is hereby amended as follows:
a) Section 2.2 – Definitions – Secondary Suite – e) and f) to read:
e) Must be located within a building or portion of a building of residential occupancy; and f) Must be located within a building or portion of building where both dwelling units constitute a single real estate entity. |
b) Amend the R-5 Zone – Section 10.3.13 to add “Secondary Suite” as a permitted use. Applicant: Brentwell Ventures Ltd./Crevier, L. & S.
