Dec 15, 1929 - Mar 6, 2018
The family of Adelaide (Addie) Montpellier are saddened to announce her passing on March 6, 2018 in Salmon Arm BC. Addie was born in Surrey BC on December 15, 1929, to Wilfred and Sarah Davis.

Addie met and married the love of her life, Albert, in Surrey. Albert was a pipe-liner and together he and Addie traveled across most of Canada where ever his job would take them. Early retirement brought them to their little piece of paradise, Turtle Valley, BC.

They purchased a 320 acre farm where together with their family they raised cattle, both dairy and beef, pigs and various types of poultry and game birds. Horses dogs and cats rounded out the farms pets.

Although they never had any biological children, Addie and Albert adopted three children from their family members. Robin, Kerry and Coral.

Addie liked to garden, was a good cook and her desserts were always amazing! Everyone loved her daily fresh baked bread and her door was always open, there was plenty of room and food for everyone.

Addie is predeceased by her husband Albert, her parents, her four sisters and most recently by her brother Harry.

Addie is loved and remembered by Robin and Peachy Teshima, their two sons Tim and Joe; Kerry and Eva Davis, their children Amanda, Brian, James, and Karie; Coral and Sherman Seaward, their children Tina, Connie, John, and Katie; grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be no formal service for Addie, as per her request. Thank you for your kind words and thoughts at this time.
