Our Beautiful Angel
Alison Rae Kiefer, 65, originally from Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, passed away March 16th, 2024, in the Vancouver General Hospital. Alison was a kind, caring, loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend. She made a big impact on the lives of her family and friends, who all miss her dearly.
Alison was brave and generous, with an open door to everyone she loved and adored. She lived in Salmon Arm for over 40 years and was a prominent member of the curling club for much of this time. She spent over 20 years working for Newnes and remained friends with many of her colleagues.
She loved dancing, music, and going for walks in Little Mountain Park. She honed her creative skills creating mobiles and beautiful cards.
She adored her grandkids and was extremely proud of her two children Dani and Cory Barker. We will never forget her beautiful smile, kind heart, sweet laugh, and gentle soul. She may not be with us in person, but her spirit lives on in our hearts.
She joins her sister Brenda, her mom, and her dad in a special place now.
A celebration of life will be held for Alison June 1st, at 1pm at High Country Tree Farm, 2046 Well Banks Road in Notch Hill.
Alison will be forever missed.
