Andrew Anthony “Andy” Krivak passed away peacefully at his residence in Salmon Arm, BC on October 31, 2007 at the age of 70 years.
Andy was born in Nelson, BC on December 18, 1936. Andy had been a resident of Salmon Arm since 1973, except for a short stay in Williams Lake. Andy had worked as a realtor for 28 years and also served as a Director, Vice President and President of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. Andy enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a great handyman.
Andy will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Donna; three sons, Dan of Salmon Arm, Steven (Sharon) of Kelowna and Doug (Gloria) of Enderby; two daughters, Glenda (Allan) Marchand of Salmon Arm and Debbie (Kelly) Barron of Leduc, AB; four grandchildren, Derek Krivak, Miranda Krivak, Rebecca Marchand and Nicholas Barron; and one sister, Mary Durand of Vancouver.
A celebration of Andy’s life will be held from the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home, Salmon Arm on Friday, November 9th, at 12:00 noon, with Jack Bowers officiating. A time of fellowship will follow at the North Canoe Hall.
