Doris Margaret Pemberton, peacefully in her sleep on November 10th, 2007 in Shuswap Lake General Hospital at the age of 90 years. Doris was born in Islington Highbury, London, England on October 31st, 1917. Beloved friend of Frank and Stephanie Ellix.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 24th, 2007 at 2:00 in St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Sorrento, BC with the Ven. Vic Kerr officiating. A celebration of her life will follow in the O.A.P. Hall, Sorrento. Special thanks to Dr. Penner and wife Joc. for the kindness over the years and Bert Revel for taking Doris to 109 choir every Friday morning. Doris will be missed by her many, many friends.
