January 29, 1944 - February 1, 2022
We are saddened to announce that on Feb. 1, 2022, after her battle with cancer, Elizabeth Ann Pudwell (Betty) was called to sing her hummingbird song to the Lord.
Born in Regina, SK, Jan. 29, 1944, she was adopted into the loving family of Percy and Estelle Gamble and lived in Golden Prairie, AB. Later they moved to Medicine Hat, AB where she met the love of her life, Harold Roy Pudwell and married Dec. 29, 1962, and they sang in perfect harmony for 59 years.
She leaves behind 2 children, Corinne Milne (Ivan) of Vernon, BC and Dale Pudwell of Victoria, BC, 3 loving grandchildren and 2 loving great-grandchildren all in Vernon, BC. Elizabeth leaves behind a sister-in-law in Bassano, AB (wife to her deceased brother Jack)
Thanks go out to Dr. Currie and all the other doctors and staff that looked after Elizabeth. Many thanks also to palliative nursing care services.
