Henry (Harry) Naylor

Henry (Harry) Naylor passed away peacefully at Oakside Manor in Enderby on January 2, 2008, aged 96 years. Harry was a third generation resident of Deep Creek where he farmed, raising Ayrshire Cattle and he won many prizes at the IPE in the Dairy Division. He was a cattle judge, with his team winning first prize at the Salmon Arm Exhibition and they were taken to Ottawa to receive recognition. Harry was a good neighbour and he enjoyed dancing at the old Deep Creek School. Predeceased by sister Margaret Suttie he is survived by one sister, Elsie Naylor of Victoria; nephew Ray (Dawn) Suttie of Oliver; niece Carol Stoll (Paul) of Ontario and many friends. Cremation with a service to be held later in the spring, date to be announced at that time. Arrangements in the care of Personal Alternative Funeral Services, Armstrong, 546-7237.
