On Wednesday, April 13, 2011 Jack peacefully passed away at the age of 82. He will lovingly be remembered by his daughter Darolyn (Gord) McCrostie and his three grandchildren; Duncan, Glynnis and Fionna. Jack will also be missed by his extended family and friends.
A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at Westlawn Funeral Chapel, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Parkinson’s Society of Alberta, 11111 - Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5K 0L4.
