On August 10, 2021, Jacqueline Mae Michek passed away peacefully in her own home surrounded by her loving family.
Jackie's number one love in life was her family. She loved and supported them in any way she could. Jackie was a gifted seamstress and quilter and made quilts for every member of the family and donated a great many to charity. She had a love of design which extended to her crafts, home and garden.
She enjoyed long walks which ultimately ended with a hot cup of coffee.
She will be forever missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.
Jackie's family would like to say a very special thank you to Dr. Stacey Kirkman, the entire front end staff at the Montebello Medical Clinic, Dr. McKee, and Allison at the Home and Community Care office. We wouldn't have been able to provide Jackie with the care that we did without your support.
A Celebration of Jackie's Life will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10 am in the Bowers Chapel at Bowers Funeral Service 440 10th Street SW, Salmon Arm, BC. Live streaming will be available via the Bowers website.
